The stay was fantastic! The pool was a great way to unwind, and I loved the cozy seating areas to relax. The only hiccup was a bit of guesswork from the breakfast attendant regarding dietary questions, but overall, it didn't take away from the experience. 😊

Despite the positives, there were some definite drawbacks. The noise from the highway seeped into the room, making it tough to enjoy a good night's sleep, especially for light sleepers. The air conditioning unit had a clanking sound that added to the disturbance. Additionally, the breakfast area seemed understaffed, resulting in overflowing trash and a lack of food options at peak times. For the price we paid, I expected better room service. there was just one day of very minimal housekeeping, like straightening up but not actually cleaning. Overall, these issues put a damper on the stay, though the basic clean accommodations were appreciated.

The welcoming lobby felt like a cozy hug, beautifully decorated for the season, and the crisp, clean rooms made me feel right at home. Also loved the easy access around the hotel for guests like me!

stayed at hampton inn for one night and really enjoyed it. the king room with sofa bed was spacious and super clean. the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was outstanding with plenty of hooks and space for our things. it’s conveniently located near davidson and route 77, making travel easy. the friendly staff was a nice touch, too.

We loved visiting the nearby Discovery Place Kids and exploring the beautiful Lake Norman. So many water adventures like boating and fishing. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, just make sure you know that housekeeping only comes by if asked. Overall, great spot for a fun getaway!

We did have an issue with housekeeping. They only came to our room when we specifically asked for coffee and trash removal, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

Despite these inconveniences, the welcoming staff at check-in with the fresh cookies made a notable positive impact.
